Mr. McWhorter is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HealthTrust, Inc., the former Chairman of Columbia/HCA, Inc., and the former Chairman of LifeTrust America, LLC.
